This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through www.gukyo.com. GUKYO is operated by Anhui YiYousi Technology Co., Ltd
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must include its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase where applicable.
Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without required parts or packaging may be refused. Gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods, and sealed hygiene products that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are defective or applicable law requires otherwise. Items clearly marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
How to Request a Return
Email support@gukyo.com before sending any item. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos or video when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
We typically respond within one business day. If your return is approved, we will send return authorization and the full return address. Approved returns must be handed to the carrier within 14 calendar days after authorization.

Do not send returns to our registered office or to the address shown on a shipping label unless our customer service team instructs you to do so. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping Costs
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders: GUKYO will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label when a physical return is required.
Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related customs charges. We recommend using a tracked service.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. They will be refunded when the return results from our error, a damaged or defective product, or when required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery at support@gukyo.com. Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, repair, or another solution permitted by applicable law.
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, then contact us promptly so that we can assist with an investigation.
Inspection and Refund Timing
After the returned item reaches the authorized facility, we will inspect it and notify you of the result within 5 business days. If approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed that the refund was issued, contact support@gukyo.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, return the eligible product under this policy and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to assist before fulfillment begins, but cancellation or address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Promotions and Other Retailers
Unless promotion terms clearly state otherwise, eligible promotional purchases follow this policy. Products purchased from another retailer must be returned to that retailer under its own policy.
Your Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer protection law.
